Our Group class Levels I and II are designed to offer both quality as well as quantity with new material added on to the
basics each week.  Level III classes have more advanced material that continues to build for the duration of the month,
so as to allow weekly reviews and repetition, enabling all to learn the techniques and movements of each part of the
amalgamation.
All Intro and Beginner classes are $25.00. All Intermediate & Advanced are $35.00 for Non members monthly
$10.00 Drop Ins Must be at the level of the class.
Member's $5.00 discount per class per month (Membership Information)
